We support credit and debit cards. When you register a card you choose between a domestic and an overseas card. The Business plan is quote-based, so it goes through a consultation with our sales team (contact@polestarmt.com).
You can cancel directly from the plan card at the top of My Page. Once canceled, billing stops from the next billing date and you can keep using the service until the end of the current period.
Subscribing to a plan grants you credits. One credit is deducted per minute of video you create in AI Studio, and you can check your remaining balance and usage under My Page > Credit history.
There are three ways to bring in a source video: upload a file, use a video provided by a campaign you joined, or paste a YouTube link. Monthly usage depends on the plan you subscribe to. If you run out of credits, you can top up from My Page.

It depends on the campaign. Campaigns set to auto approval confirm your participation as soon as you apply, while manual approval campaigns are reviewed by the campaign owner first. The approval method is shown on the campaign detail page, and you can track your application under the applied campaigns tab as under review, approved, or rejected. Source videos and attachments become downloadable only after your participation is approved.

Your rewards screen is split into two. CPV rewards accrue from the view count of the clips you publish, while CPA sales accrue from orders placed through your own sales link. CPA progress is shown step by step across the sales orders, pending settlement, and settlement history tabs.
Once your participation is approved, a dedicated sales link is issued automatically for each participant. Copy it from the campaign detail page — orders that come in through that link are counted as your CPA sales. On manual approval campaigns the link does not appear until you are approved.

Campaigns are created in the brand workspace. Use the creator/brand switch at the top to select brand, then open the Campaign tab and click 'New Campaign'. If you don't see the Campaign tab, you're either in the creator workspace or your organization hasn't been approved yet. Campaigns can be created once the organization is approved, from the owner's account.
