Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the conditions, rights, obligations, and responsibilities related to the use of the Clipink service (the "Service") provided by Clipink (the "Company"). By using the Service, users agree to these Terms.
Google / YouTube
Clipink provides Google login functionality for user convenience, and Google’s Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/policies/privacy) applies separately. The Service utilizes YouTube API Services. By using Clipink features that integrate with YouTube API Services, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Users must also comply with all applicable YouTube API Services Terms and policies.
TikTok
The Service integrates with TikTok APIs, including the TikTok Content Posting API and related creator information and post status APIs. By using Clipink features that integrate with TikTok, users must comply with TikTok’s applicable Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Content Sharing Guidelines, Branded Content Policy (https://www.tiktok.com/legal/page/global/bc-policy/en), Music Usage Confirmation (https://www.tiktok.com/legal/page/global/music-usage-confirmation/en), and other applicable TikTok policies.
Meta / Instagram
The Service integrates with Meta/Instagram APIs for Instagram account connection, Instagram Reels publishing, publishing status checks, and insights synchronization. By using Clipink features that integrate with Instagram, users must comply with Instagram Terms of Use (https://help.instagram.com/581066165581870), Meta Privacy Policy (https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/), Meta Platform Terms (https://developers.facebook.com/terms/), Meta Developer Policies (https://developers.facebook.com/devpolicy/), Instagram Community Guidelines (https://help.instagram.com/477434105621119), and other applicable Meta/Instagram policies.
Kakao
Clipink provides Kakao Login for user convenience and may use Kakao APIs for Kakao account authentication and account identification. Kakao’s Terms of Service (https://kakao.com/policy/terms?lang=en&type=ts) and Kakao’s Privacy Policy (https://kakao.com/policy/privacy) may apply separately to Kakao services. Users may request Kakao account disconnection through Clipink account settings or the account deletion process.
1. Purpose
These Terms are intended to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users in relation to the use of the Service.
2. Definitions
- User: A person who agrees to these Terms and creates an account with the Company
- Paid Services: Services that require payment, including credits, subscriptions, and one-time purchases
- Free Services: Limited services provided free of charge to users or non-users
- Rewards: Earnings that users may obtain through activities within the Service
- Content: All materials uploaded or provided through the Service, including videos, audio, images, text, scripts, and metadata
- Account: A unique identifier assigned by the Company for user identification and service access
3. Effect and Modification of Terms
- These Terms become effective upon user agreement during registration.
- The Company may modify these Terms in compliance with applicable laws. Any changes will be announced at least 7 days in advance (or 30 days in advance if the changes are unfavorable to users).
- If a user does not agree to the revised Terms, they may discontinue use and terminate their account. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
4. Formation of Service Agreement
- The service agreement is established when a user agrees to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, and the Company approves the registration.
- The Company may reject applications in the following cases:①Use of false or stolen information②Violation of applicable laws or age restrictions③Potential disruption to service operations
5. Age Requirements and Parental Consent
- Users must be at least 14 years old.
- Users aged 14 to 18 must obtain parental or legal guardian consent.
- Users are responsible for providing accurate age information. Accounts of users under 14 will be terminated and data deleted immediately.
6. Account Management
- Users may not transfer or lend their account to others.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account.
- The Company may restrict accounts that are misleading, inappropriate, or impersonating others.
7. Service Provision and Changes
- The Company provides the following services:Video upload and AI-based short-form generationVideo editing and distributionCredit-based payments and subscription servicesReward accumulation and withdrawalAdditional services developed or integrated by the Company
- The Company may modify, suspend, or terminate services for reasons such as performance improvement, security, legal compliance, or abuse prevention.
8. Restrictions and Account Termination
- The Company may restrict or terminate accounts without prior notice in the following cases:①Infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights②Distribution of illegal or harmful content③Security violations or system abuse④Automated abuse (bots, scraping, manipulation)⑤Violation of personal data policies⑥Other unlawful activities
- Upon termination, user data and rewards will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and the Privacy Policy.
9. Paid Services and Payments
- Users may access paid services using available payment methods.
- Subscription services renew automatically unless canceled.
- Users may cancel subscriptions at any time through account settings.
- Free trials may convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before expiration.
- Payment failures may result in service restrictions.
10. Delivery, Exchange, and Refund Policy

11. Rewards and Settlement
- Users may earn rewards based on defined criteria.
- Taxes and fees are handled according to applicable laws.
- Fraudulent activity may result in reward revocation and account suspension.
- International transfers may involve exchange rate fluctuations and fees.
12. Intellectual Property Rights
- Users retain ownership of their uploaded content.
- Users grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use content for service operation, improvement, and promotion.
- Users must ensure they have the necessary rights to upload content.
- Users must comply with the policies of connected platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, when uploading or publishing content to those platforms.
- The Company is not responsible for user content violations.
- The Company only performs actions through the YouTube API within the scope explicitly approved by the user and does not publish content without the user's explicit request.
- When users upload or update videos through YouTube API Services, Clipink displays and applies the visibility setting selected or confirmed by the user, such as Public, Private, or Unlisted. Clipink does not publish content to YouTube or change a video's visibility without the user's explicit request.
- When users publish content to TikTok through the Service, Clipink displays the TikTok account, content preview, title, privacy setting, interaction settings, commercial content disclosure settings, and other posting options for the user to review before publishing. Clipink does not start sending content materials to TikTok unless the user expressly requests and confirms the upload.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that they have all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents for content posted to TikTok through the Service, including rights relating to music, sound recordings, visual materials, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, and any third-party brand or sponsored content.
- If users publish commercial content to TikTok through the Service, users are responsible for accurately selecting the applicable commercial content disclosure options, including "Your brand" and/or "Branded content," and for complying with TikTok's Branded Content Policy and all applicable laws and regulations.
- Before posting content to TikTok through the Service, users must confirm TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation. If the content is Branded Content, users must also confirm TikTok's Branded Content Policy.
- Clipink does not publish content to TikTok, change TikTok visibility settings, or enable TikTok interaction settings without the user's explicit request or confirmation. Clipink applies the privacy, interaction, and commercial content disclosure settings selected or confirmed by the user.
- When users publish content to Instagram through Clipink, Clipink displays the Instagram account, content preview, caption, feed sharing option, thumbnail offset, and other publishing options for user review before publishing. Clipink does not transmit content materials to Instagram or Meta unless the user explicitly requests and confirms the upload.
- Users are responsible for securing all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents for content they publish to Instagram through Clipink, including rights related to music, audio, visual materials, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, and third-party brand or sponsored content.
- If users publish commercial content, branded content, or sponsored content to Instagram through Clipink, users are responsible for complying with applicable Instagram and Meta policies and all applicable laws and regulations.
- Clipink does not publish content to Instagram or change Instagram publishing options without the user’s explicit request or confirmation. Clipink applies the caption, sharing destination, and publishing options selected or confirmed by the user.
13. Third-Party Services
- The Service may include integrations with third-party services.
- Such services are governed by their own terms and policies.
14. Disclaimer
- The Company is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure or external factors.
- The Company is not responsible for disputes between users or third parties.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- Disputes shall be resolved in the Seoul Central District Court unless otherwise required by law.
16. Official Language
The Korean version of these Terms shall prevail in case of any discrepancies with translations.
Effective Date
These Terms are effective as of June 2, 2026.
